Block Cutting Machine
An advanced mechanism that uses cutting blades (which do not break) to cut blocks into plates and obtain more planks and sticks from logs. Base operation time is 22.5 seconds, power consumption is 12 EU/t.

Added 3 cutting blades: Iron, Steel and Diamond. To perform a recipe, the blade must be made from a material harder than the source block. Unique mechanic: The machine speeds up by 50% for each hardness level above the minimum required for the recipe.

Changed processing times for some Macerator, Compressor and Canner recipes.

Blast Furnace Changes
Changed the machine speed to be proportional to the amount of heat supplied. At a heat input of 20 HU/t, the recipe time is 300 seconds. It can consume up to a maximum of 100 HU/t, accelerating the process to 60 seconds per recipe.

Other Features
- The machine block in the Tesla Coil crafting recipe has been replaced with a Transformer.
- Added a tooltip for radioactive items.
- Optimized mob detection for damage from uninsulated cables. Also, at voltages above 512 Volts, mobs touching uninsulated cables will be set on fire.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed Iridium Ore not generating in the world. Also added a 50% chance for generating a second ore block in a single vein.
- Fixed the flickering of the icon notifying about lack of air in the Blast Furnace.
- Fixed the inability to put fuel capsules into the Semi-Fluid Generator and Fluid Heat Generator.
- Fixed an issue where, after toggling the input and output tanks in the Solid/Fluid Canner and re-entering the world, liquids would revert to their original tanks.
- Fixed a Nether Quartz duplication exploit when processing Quartz Slabs in the Macerator.
- Fixed tooltips not reloading when changing the language in-game.
